1. Who we are
Limitless Chiropractor Marketing LLC ("we", "us") is a Florida limited liability company and an advertising agency for chiropractic clinics. Our contact email is corey@sunrisestrategygroup.com.
2. What we collect
When you ask for a call on limitlesschiropractor.com, we collect what you enter: your name, your clinic's name, your email address, your mobile number, your clinic's website, how many doctors work at the clinic and whether the clinic can put $3,000 a month into ads. We also record the page you sent it from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on, so we know which of our own ads brought you here.
When you pick a time for a call, the booking calendar collects the details you enter there.
When a clinic becomes a client, it gives us access to the advertising and business accounts it asks us to manage, and we receive ad performance data for those accounts.
3. How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, text and email.
- To prepare for and hold the call you booked.
- To provide the services a clinic has engaged us for.
- To measure which of our own advertising works, including through Meta's tools.
4. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business: our CRM and calendar (HighLevel), our texting provider, our hosting (Cloudflare), our team messaging (Slack) and Meta, when we measure our own ads. Each receives only what it needs to do that job.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we may still be in touch about them, and client records for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.
7. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing corey@sunrisestrategygroup.com. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of email with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
8. Security
Access to the information is limited to the people and services who need it, over encrypted connections.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
